Impressions from the project process
For the very wide range of requirements, PERI provided the most cost-effective solution with the ACS self-climbing formwork.
While planning the use of the self-climbing formwork for the reinforced concrete cores of the Torre Caja Madrid, PERI engineers also took into consideration the site crane which was positioned in the core.
The two outer cores of the Torre Caja Madrid rose steadily upwards in weekly cycles with the PERI ACS self-climbing formwork.
The 223 m high Torre Espacio has three reinforced concrete cores with varying wall thicknesses.
For the core of the 249 m high Torre de Cristal, the combination of the three PERI ACS self-climbing system versions provided an efficient working procedures.
Project Information
The formwork solution developed by PERI and the ACS self-climbing system function excellently. Once again, PERI has proven its strengths regarding quality and service. Due to the use of the ACS and SKYDECK systems, our site is a prime example of efficiency and safety. From the beginning, our cooperation with PERI has been outstanding. And with TRIO, PERI UP, SKYDECK and ACS we were able utilise high-performing systems. Here PERI has once again proven its leading position.
