The Project
Impressions from the project process
The cylindrical core and facade walls of this 142 m high office building were constructed with PERI ACS self-climbing technology.
Thanks to the PERI formwork technology, one complete floor was realized in a regular five-day cycle for the Torre Agbar project.
Apart from the formwork, working scaffold and other equipment, the ACS-P version on the core also carried the placing boom from floor to floor.
The outer wall of the core is completed with the elevator cores being constructed to above the 35th floor.

The safety and fastness of the PERI systems have really impressed me, because despite the difficult structure of the building, we were able to complete one floor height every five days, in a regular cycle. I don’t think there is any other system that would have made a similarly high output possible!
