A complete solution consisting of formwork, scaffolding and related services has guaranteed safety at all heights and rapid progress during the construction of JKG Tower complex.
For the top 3 floors in each case, the RCS P climbing protection panel offers all-round anti-fall protection. In addition, it is used as advertising space.JKG Tower, Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur
The RCS landing platform is integrated in the climbing formwork solution. Loads are temporarily stored on the landing platform as well as being moved from here into the other storeys.
The perforated steel sheeting used as enclosure of the PERI RCS P climbing protection panel is particularly suitable for use in warmer regions. It is air-permeable and prevents heat accumulation inside the building.
Columns with diameters of up to 1.50 m x 2.00 m are formed using the VARIO GT 24 column formwork. The high fresh concrete pressures can also be safely transferred with this variable system.
Maximum level of safety for all access means to the working areas: PERI UP Rosett staircases are the safe option for also reaching the higher storeys.

Together with the PERI engineers, we developed a very effective and efficient solution for this unique project. Thanks to the PERI system solutions, we could maintain the fast construction cycles. The PERI RCS P climbing protection panel also enhanced the safety measures on the jobsite. In addition, the support provided by PERI regarding the organization and implementation of on-site safety training increased the all-round safety for the construction crew as well as raising the productivity.
