King Abdul Aziz International Airport

The extension of King Abdul Aziz International Airport was one of Saudi Arabia’s biggest airport projects. The capacity was increased to handle up to 30 million passengers per year through a new 640,000 m² terminal building.

PERI delivered formwork for the Ground Services Equipment (GSE) tunnel that connects the aircraft handling area with the cargo village.  Also, the Transportation Centre that connects the passenger terminals and has a total built-up area of 27,000 m² was realized with our formwork.
